Payment & Shipping
All orders {with the exception of custom requests} are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Items ship priority from Utrecht, the Netherlands, through Dutch post. Shipping to locations outside of the Netherlands typically takes between one week & 10 days.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, & would like me to ship it directly, please contact me via email with address & card text details. All gifts are beautifully wrapped with a small card at no extra charge. I will also send you a photograph via email of the wrapped gift so you can see it all prettied up, too!
Refunds & Exchanges
It's important to me that you are happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, please contact me so that I can do my best to resolve any issues whether by exchange or refund.

Care
Solohandmade items can be machine washed in gentle cycles with like-colors unless otherwise specified. Hanging or lying flat to dry is suggested, & iron with cotton/warm setting.
